Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide efficient and effective secretarial services.
• Well presented accurate documents for signature.
• Proper record of documents and fi les.
• Well presented offi ce that accommodates documents and visitors.
• Takes dictations and then transcribes.
• Receives and fi les correspondence, minutes and other documents.
• Receives and handles various college documents with utmost confi dentiality.
• Receives and dispatches mail.
• Drafts letters and prepares response to simple routine letters.
• Manage offi ce supplies and ensure adequate and suffi cient offi ce logistics. Person specifi cations/Job requirements:
• A diploma in Secretarial Studies and ‘A’ Level Certificate
