Uganda Kolping Society is seeking to recruit suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the under-listed vacant positions in her different establishments.

Post: Administrative Secretary/ Human Resource Officer (1)
Duty Station: Hoima
Reports to: Managing Director
Age Limit: 28 – 35 years
Remuneration: Attractive and Competitive

Qualification and Person Specification

• An Honors degree in Business Administration, Development studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or its equivalent from a recognized institution. 
• Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills and capable of working with others 
• A professional certificate in Business law, Administrative law, or Human resource management is an added advantage. 
• Ability to effectively coach and develop subordinates.
• Officer of high caliber, dedication, and integrity. 
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Manage the Secretariat. 
2. Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. 
3. Advise on Human Resource Management matters and facilitate in managing the welfare of staff in the Organization. 
4. Manage in liaison with the finance Department the administration of the payroll and control systems. 
5. Coordinate recruitments and other appointments.
