POSITION 1: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (ONE).
The Human Resource officer will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and administration of human resource strategies, policies, and programs. The role will ensure compliance with labor laws, promote a productive workforce, and support business objectives through effective people management in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business
Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices, Strong background in industrial relations, ETC
• Full-time, based at the Lira factory.
Position 2: SOAP PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/OFFICER (ONE).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zero safety incidents and follow all safety norms
2. Planning and organizing production schedules and delivery.
3. Determining quality control and standard – follow SOP.
4. OEE SHOULD BE >90% .
5. RM/PM wastage control.
6. Identifying bottleneck and de bottlenecking.
7. Implement the new ideas, kaizen 5s, and autonomous maintenance.
8. Responsible for generation/collation of monthly operation summary.
9. Maintaining the IR to run the smooth operation of the plant.
10. Ensure to maintain DPMU target.
11. Ensure no consumer complain.
12. RCA/CAPA to improve the quality standards and other processes and safety improvements
13. Ensure production delivery within the budget(manpower/ton, energy cost/ton, R&M perton)
14. Assure process team 100% adherence to all recipes and design and /or procedures( No deviation)
15. Assure process team 100% adherence to all company GMP (Good manufacturing practices) and SOP (No deviation).
16. Act as back up for other shift officers when absent.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Psychology, Having any other engineering, laboratory qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 –10years of soap (laundry, Toilet, liquid, Noodles) manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position with Strong background in industrial specialization, Hands-on experience and well versed with continuous saponification, semi boil, and full boil and Experience in plants maintenance is an added advantage
• Full-time, based at Lira factory.
