1. Case Management Officer: oversee pre‑authorisations, admissions and provider liaison to guarantee quality care while controlling costs.

2. Medical Business Manager: drive product innovation, profitable growth and provider‑network excellence for our medical portfolio.

3. Medical Claims Analyst: assess and process claims swiftly and fairly, safeguarding client satisfaction and company performance.

4. Medical Underwriter: evaluate medical risks and set competitive premiums that protect our book.
