Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of coffee processing, from green bean intake to packaging, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Create and maintain schedules to optimize equipment and labor efficiency while meeting customer demand.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage production budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing occupational health and safety standards.
• Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or supervision, coffee industrial setting is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of coffee processing techniques, equipment, and quality control standards.
