Enimiro Products Uganda Ltd is a private limited company dealing in the purchasing, processing, and exporting of vanilla, pineapples, Jackfruit, and Coffee. Enimiro has extension operations in the central, Eastern, and Western regions of Uganda. We aim at doing business while positively influencing the lives and livelihoods of farmers around our various projects with modern farming techniques as well as promoting organic farming.

We are looking for an experienced Production R & D Manager in the Food Processing field

Requirements;
1. Master’s degree or above of Science in Food Processing Technology or any other related from a recognized university.
2. Bachelor of Science in Food Processing Technology or any other related
3. Knowledge of certified standards that is, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), (International Standard Organization (ISO), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
4. Knowledge of Organic certification standards, Fair Trade standards, Rainforest Alliance (Crop Certification)
5. Experience of at least 2 years or more performing a production manager or related role with companies in Food processing and production management, organic certification, and Fairtrade.
6. Experience in Vanilla and Dried Fruit processing.
7. Ability to demonstrate how to execute high-level R&D projects

Contract Period: 12 months including probation period.
Area of affectation: Kayunga
