Job Title: Regional Service Centre Manager (3 Positions)
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Department: Business Development

Locations: Mbarara (1), Gulu (1), Arua (1)
Job Purpose: The overall job purpose is to provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve business objectives within your assigned region. This involves overseeing sales agents to ensure they meet set targets, fostering strong client relations to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and attaining the allocated region sales budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clientele, cultivating business opportunities to meet established targets.
- Monitor and ensure the Regional Service Centre meets monthly and annual objectives as set by the management.
- Account for and bank premiums accrued from service centre sales, adhering to Britam’s internal policy.
- Foster business retention through comprehensive after-sales services.
- Formulate unique, tailored strategies to establish the Service Centre as a market leader.
- Oversee the selection, recruitment, supervision, and motivation of Financial Advisors. Suggest potential candidates for company appointment.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of Financial Advisors and Regional Service Centre Personnel based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) standards and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records for the managed Business Unit in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) is an added advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer/software packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Must be a resident of the area
Mode of Remuneration: Commissions-based role based on the business generated in the region.
