Job Title: Sales Representative x 4
Location: ( 1 Western Region, 1 Central Region, 1 Northern Region and 1 Eastern Region)
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager

 

Job Description:
The successful candidates will mainly be responsible for growing our Agent footprint, generating leads, signing up new agents and retailers, meeting sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. You will represent our brand, promote our products/ services, and play a key role in driving business growth.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, door to door selling, and other lead generation strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective partners, agents, and retailers.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with retailers and agents to maximize revenue growth.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and technology to enhance customer experience.
• Provide support to key account and B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Facilitate training sessions for retailers, agents, partners, and players to improve product understanding and performance.
• Offer fi rst-level technical support for mobile applications, assisting users with troubleshooting and guidance.
• Deliver comprehensive customer support across all client groups including players, retailers, agents, and partners.

 

Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with athe bility to drive a manual vehicle.
• Ability to speak at least 2 of the location local language is a must.
• Must reside in the region for which you are applying.



Job Title: Marketing Manager x 1

Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all marketing collateral and overseeing the activities of the advertising and public relations agencies to ensure the successful delivery of both day-to-day operational needs and long-term strategic marketing plans. This role includes overseeing the execution and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, evaluating campaign performance, leading market research efforts, and coordinating activities across multiple channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.


The job holder will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development and execution of effective, brandaligned marketing strategies across all relevant channels.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Development, execute and evaluate the company’s marketing strategy.
• To grow sales and establish brand awareness with customers through market penetration of exciting and expanded game portfolios and a higher percentage of guaranteed jackpot payouts.
• Development of marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments to support our overall strategic marketing plan.
• Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
• Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and recommend marketing tactics.
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights supporting improved marketing strategy and communications.
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
• Led the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
• Conceptualized and executed multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all
channels.
• Develop and retain a professional agency relationship.
• Oversee and manage the selection and engagement of external consultants, vendors and other marketing-specifi c resources that the agencies recommend ensuring that work
objectives, quality standards and service deliverables are set, achieved and met.
• Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans, including the design, development, maintenance and ongoing quality control of all marketing materials, as well as the selection, procurement and distribution of promotional items and gifts in support of and in line with brand image.
• Create all point of sales merchandising and ensure compliance with product and company branding prescripts.
• To ensure player protection through effective and compliant governance processes.
• Ensure alignment of the marketing plan and campaigns to license requirements.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
• Prepare, manage and administer the marketing budget with the General Manager.



Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field and Project Management certification will be advantageous.
• 5-8 years of experience as a marketing manager, public relations is required.
• Gaming/betting house experience is desirable.
• Project management experience, i.e. managing several large multi-stakeholder projects in parallel in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience in building complex marketing programs and reporting on results.

Skills:

• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation and time management skills.

Knowledge:
• A strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and campaign planning, is essential.
• Knowledge of various advertising channels, both traditional and digital, is crucial.
• Budget Management ability.
• Staying updated with industry trends, consumer behaviour patterns, and emerging technologies that can impact marketing and customer service strategies.
• Awareness of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards for marketing, advertising, and customer services to ensure legal and ethical practices.
