Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in public health or a relevant field with an emphasis on mental health/psychology, health systems management, community psychology, and other relevant areas and six (6) years of relevant work experience OR combination of work and experience.
Preferred Qualifications,Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Attributes:
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Quantitative data analysis and language skills are desirable.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with governmental health ministries, civil society organizations, international health organizations, community health organizations, and/or local health teams.
• Demonstrated track record in program design and implementation.
Experience engaging with diverse populations and global partners, ability to practice strong cultural humility, grounded by an understanding of the cultural, social, and economic factors influencing mental health
