The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is a statutory body established under the Communications Act 2013 to regulate the Telecommunications, Data communications, Broadcasting, Postal and Radio communications and Infrastructure. To achieve this mandate, UCC seeks to recruit individuals with proven skills and competencies to fill the vacant positions below to assist the Commission implement its mandate.


Job Title: Officer Procurement
Reports to: Senior Officer Procurement
Duty Station: UCC House, Bugolobi


Job Purpose:
To assist the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) of the Commission in its operations and perform general tasks related to procurement processes, administration, and
record-keeping within the PDU.

Job Title: Officer Cyber Security Awareness
Reports to: Senior Officer Information Security
Duty Station: Communications House


Job Purpose:
To develop cybersecurity awareness content, plans and support implementation of the cybersecurity awareness strategy and programs.

Job Title: Officer Cyber Threat Analysis
Reports to: Senior Officer Information Security
Duty Station: Communications House

Job Purpose:
Identify and analyze emerging cyber threats, monitor and assess associated
risks, correlate intelligence from multiple sources, deliver concise and actionable
recommendations.
