Compuscan CRB Ltd (An Experian company) seeks to recruit a skilled, passionate and self-motivated individual to fill the role of National Sales Manager. The role requires strong leadership and management capabilities with an impeccable bias towards people management as well as sales, relationship management and business development. The job shall be based in Kampala with frequent travel up country.
About the Role:
Working with the in-country Managing Director and the group product development and sales team, the National Sales Manager (NSM) shall specifically be responsible for retention of existing business and development and implementation of strategies for business growth. The NSM shall have a duty to oversee the effectiveness and management of the Account Management activities in addition to driving sales growth at Compuscan CRB Ltd. The National Sales Manager shall report to the Managing Director.
