Kibaale District Civil Society Organization Network (KCSON) is a registered NGO network operating in Western Uganda. KCSON started in 2003 and focuses on capacity building of CSOs, promoting effective governance in public service delivery including natural resources governance, and empowerment of vulnerable groups of people.
KCSON current donors include CRS (for a USAID funded program), WWF (UCO), IDI and members. KCSON is one of the CSO implementers of the USAID funded Sustainable Outcomes for Children and Youth (SOCY) Project in Kibaale and Kyenjojo, in partnership with ACODEV as an IP and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as the Prime. However KCSON has extended to district of Hoima and Ibanda for implementation of the project activities.
The Project is designed to:
Improve the health, nutrition, education and psychosocial Wellbeing of orphaned and vulnerable children, as well as reduce abuse, exploitation and neglect among this population. KCSON is therefore looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below, to carryout vertical project activities, in the districts of: Hoima,kyenjojo and Ibanda.
