Strengthening Education Systems for Improved Learning (SESIL) is seeking a Safeguarding, Gender and Inclusion Lead to join the national team to ensure that safeguarding is prioritised in all SESIL interventions and within all SESIL workplaces.

Working closely with the management team, and in collaboration with teams in the field, you will provide oversight and technical guidance on safeguarding within SESIL. You will draw on your extensive experience to foster a positive and safe culture where staff, volunteers, and stakeholders can Prevent, Report, Respond and Learn from safeguarding incidents.
